How much does it cost to lease a printer?
The monthly cost depends on the model, how many pages you print and the term you choose. The online quote calculator shows your real figure in about 60 seconds without a sales call.
Is there anything to pay upfront?
No. Plans start with nothing upfront, and delivery and installation are free Australia wide.
How much can my business save?
Our average client saves $6,997 over the term of their plan, and some have saved up to $15,000. The savings come from a lower monthly cost and from toner and servicing being included.
Are printer lease payments tax deductible?
Lease payments on equipment used to earn business income are generally deductible, as the ATO explains in Taxation Ruling TR 98/15. Confirm how it applies to your business with your accountant.
Contracts and terms
How long is a printer lease?
Plans run for 3, 4 or 5 years. You can upgrade or downgrade the machine during the term at no charge if your business changes.
Can I get out of my current printer lease early?

What happens at the end of the lease?
At the end of the term you choose your next step, such as moving to a newer model on a fresh plan. Ask us to walk you through the end of contract options before you sign so nothing comes as a surprise.
Do I need an ABN to lease a printer?
A business printer lease is a finance agreement, so the financier will normally ask for an ABN and run a credit check before approval. Home offices and small businesses can lease too.
Service and support
What is included in the lease?
The printer, toner, drum, servicing on breakdowns and remote support are all in the one monthly payment. Toner is delivered to your door and used cartridges can be recycled free.
What happens if the printer breaks down?
Call 1300 873 460 and our support team will try to fix it remotely first. If it needs hands on work, an onsite technician comes to you and breakdown repairs are covered by the plan.
Which printer brands do you lease?
We lease Kyocera A4 and A3 multifunction printers in colour and mono. We have been an Authorised Kyocera Partner since 2010.

Do you service my area?
Yes. We deliver, install and service Australia wide, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
What do I need to get a quote?
Just your rough monthly page count, whether you need colour and whether you print A3. Enter those in the calculator and your quote arrives by email.
Do you offer managed print for larger offices?
Yes. Businesses with many printers, mixed brands or several sites can move the whole fleet onto one managed print service with automatic toner and one monthly bill.
